Processes Tab
Processes Tab (1) implements folder-like structure which allows to easily manage Processes. The elements on this tab are:
- Number of Processes and Folders shown (2)
- Search/Deep Search Form (3)
- Export (4) and Import (5) buttons
- "Deploy" button (6)
- "Move to" button (7) - see below about process moving
- "New" menu (8) with proper buttons
- Path to the current Folder (9)
- List of Folders and Processes with the following sortable columns:
- Name (10) - click on it to go to proper Folder or open proper Process Details page
- Data Source (11) - standard or custom Salesforce Object process is created for
- Is Template? (12) - boolean value indicating if entry is a Process or Process Template
- # Instances (13) - number of instances started on the process
- Status (14) - process status (active or inactive)
- Last modified Date (15) - date of last process modification ( available from version 6.0 )
- Last Modified By (16) - user what made last process modification ( available from version 6.0 )
- Checkboxes (17) - are used for bulk actions like export or deploy
- Entry menus (18) - available actions are depending on entry type (folder or process):
- Edit Folder (19) - allows to change folder name (proper popup will be shown)
- Delete Folder (20) - shows confirmation about folder deletion
- Process Builder (21) - opens Process Diagram for the selected process
- Progress Dashboard (22) - opens Progress Dashboard tab of the proper Process Details page
- Edit Process (23) - allows to change process entry name (proper popup will be shown)
- Delete Process (24) - shows confirmation about process deletion
- Load More (25) button - is enabled if there are more processes to be displayed
- "Edit Process" feature triggered by button (23) does not actually rename process versions. It only renames entry that will be displayed on the Processes list.
- "Delete Process" feature really deletes the whole process with all it's versions.
To move processes from one folder to another:
- select necessary processes or/and folders with checkboxes (17)
- click "Move" button (7). A "Move to Folder" popup (26) will be shown.
- select necessary folder here (27)
- check "Show target folder" checkbox (28) if you want to open folder where files were moved to automatically
- click "Move" button (29)
