Process Details - Active Steps by Risk of Being Late Chart For Step (for release 7.0)

This chart shows all active occurrences of selected step, grouped by their risk of being late.

  • Risk for a step accounts for the buffer projected upon an active step based on the pace of its predecessors.
  • The closer to the due date, the higher the Risk of the step being late.
  • Buffer is accounted for by default, but this can be switched off by using “Include buffer” toggle (1) at the bottom.

Click "Hint" button (2) to display some brief information about this chart.

Click "Expand" button (3) to make chart be rendered on full browser window size. This can be useful when chart contains lot of data, or when making a presentation. In expanded state a "Collapse" button will be shown instead of it:

Sectors are clickable. On click user will be thrown to "Instances" tab for current process version, where entries shown will be filtered.

  • if click on sector of chart without buffer, entries shown will be filtered by the following criteria:
Active = true
AND
Active Step Name = %Step Name%
AND
Active Step Risk = %Risk corresponding to clicked sector%
AND
Active Step Start Date < %last day 11:59 PM of selected period%
  • if click on sector of chart with buffer, entries shown will be filtered by the following criteria:
Active = true
AND
Active Step Name = %Step Name%
AND
Active Step Risk with buffer = %Risk corresponding to clicked sector%
AND
Active Step Start Date < %last day 11:59 PM of selected period%  

If the process has no started instances or no instances match selected period, this chart will show "There is no data" text only.
