Process Details - Step Duration by Assignees Chart (for release 7.0)

The step could be completed by different Users in different instances. On this chart, you can see how on time the Users usually complete the given step.

  • Dotted horizontal line (1) is the target duration set for this step in the process.
  • Bubbles on the vertical line associated with a given User, are each a set of step executions by this User within a given time area.
  • Different color of bubbles bubbles color depends on step duration:
    • from minimal to planned duration bubble color is dynamic from green to red (the closer to planned, then closer to red),
    • when duration is equal to planned or higher, the bubble color is red.
  • Logarithmic Scale (2) can be more suitable in some cases (e.g. when durations are distributed in several dense groups on linear scale).

Click "Hint" button (3) to display some brief information about this chart.

Click "Expand" button (4) to make chart be rendered on full browser window size. This can be useful when chart contains lot of data, or when making a presentation. In expanded state a "Collapse" button will be shown instead of it:

Hover over the bubble to see details on those step executions:

  • Tooltip will show list of instances with proper step duration.
  • Name of instances is a link (5) that opens proper Record Page  for that process in the new browser tab:

If the process has no started instances or no instances match selected period, this chart will show "There is no data" text only.
