Process Step Settings: Checklist Items/SOPs

User can configure personal Checklist / Standard Operational Procedures for any step. Checklist items may be optional or mandatory.

Open Process Builder. Click process step (1). Expand "Checklist Items/SOPs" (2).

Click "add" link (3) and provide checklist item name (4).

  • Add as many checklist items as you need.
  • Check "Required" checkbox if user should be prevented from proceeding the step until item is checked.
  • Use arrows to change the order of checklist items.

Checklist will be shown on Process Details Page:

Checklist configured in the process builder will be shown for the proper step in all process instances. At the "Checklist" subtab of Process Details Page user can add more checklist items; they will be available for step of selected flow instance.

User can pass through the checklist on active step. If checklist contains required items (5), user can not omit it:  

Checklist options are available for the step they are configured at as fields of $Environment Context Object. Their values are available as merge fields (6) and can be used for your needs, e.g., in step actions (7):
