Totals (Process Statistics) as Lightning Component
Process Statistics for any process are available not only in the proper tab of the Process Details page, but also as a Lightning Web Component (LWC) that can be displayed on Lightning pages. With this LWC, it is possible create a personal dashboard for a desired process.
To add the Process Statistics LWC to a Lightning page:
- Click the Setup icon next to your avatar in Salesforce and select "Edit Page"
- Locate the "WR Process Statistic" Component in the Custom - Managed section of the Components tab
- Drag the component to the desired location on the page
- Open its properties and enter ID(s) of the desired processes (separated with commas) in the "Allowed Processes" field
- Save the page
Within the Component, select the desired process to reveal additional fields and charts:
Notes:
- A process with ID that is first of added to "Allowed processes" field will be loaded by default into this component.
- A primary process version will be loaded.
- If there only one process ID is added, Process selection field will not be shown.
Warnings:
- Only process IDs are allowed. IDs of process versions (or other objects) will be ignored.
- User must add at least one process ID.
