Defining Actions

Actions are available to be added to either a Flow Process Step or to a Flow Connector. The Action will be performed once the Rules you have added are satisfied.

Adding Actions Through Drag and Drop

Add Actions by dragging them on to a connector (the action will only happen if the flow goes down this path) or a Process step (the action will always happen regardless of where the flow goes next). All actions can have conditions so you can control the circumstances in which they are executed.
