Delay the execution of a Step?
Add a System Responsibility lane.
- Drag the Responsibility icon on to the canvas.
- Check the system box.
- The Responsibility lane changes to System.
Add a step to the System lane.
Connect the step to the rest of the flow.
Set step rules.
Drag the Send Email action on to the connector and enter parameters.
