Responsibilities
Overview
Swimlanes are the rows that run along the site of the Flow Builder Canvas. Swimlanes are added by dragging the Responsibility Step into the Flow Builder. By looking at a row you can see exactly what steps in a flow are assigned to a particular User, Field, Group, Chatter Group, Role, or Profile.
- This Flow is broken down in to two Swimlanes and Steps are placed in the appropriate row. You can add as many Swimlanes as needed to break down your Flow in to manageable areas.
- Use the blue arrows to move a particular Swimlaneup or down using the corresponding button.
- The Red X will remove a Swimlane from your Flow.
It is very important to set the Properties for each Swimlane or Responsibility including who is assigned to each row.
