Add a System Responsibility
The System responsibility allows you to specify steps that need to be taken by the system. For example, you may want the system to send an email on a specific date. The system will monitor this step for the conditions specified, and executes it when the conditions are present (e.g. the date specified has been reached).
- Drag the Responsibility icon on to the canvas
- Click on the new responsibility lane
- Click on the System checkbox. Note that the other options are no longer accessible.
- The color of the lane changes to kind of red color.
