Rules with standard conditions

Rules with standard conditions
  1. Rules can be active or inactive.
  2. You must enter an error message. This will show if the rule does not pass the check defined in the Conditions.
  3. Standard mode allows you to enter conditions based on the flow Data Source.
  4. The conditions for this rule may evaluate to True or False. e.g. Pass if amount <100, it does not pass the test (False) versus Fail if amount <100 (True).
  5. This allows you to enter AND and OR logic using the Index number of the conditions. e.g. {1} AND ({2} OR {3}) For this rule to evaluate to True, Condition 1 and either Condition 2 or Condition 3 must be True.
  6. Add as many Conditions as you need. The Index number associated with the condition is used in #5.

Rules with advanced conditions

Rules with advanced conditions
  1. The difference between the Standard and Advanced options is that the Standard option allows you to enter conditions based on the Data Source for this flow, while the Advanced option allows you to select ANY available object.
  2. Select the source object you want to use for your conditions.
