Before you can create a flow, you need at least one data source (an object).  A data source can be e.g. an order, a service, a project.

To indicate which objects in your org are available to Work-Relay, click on the Setup tab and select the objects needed.  This is required because an org may contain many objects, but only some of them will be used in Work-Relay.
