Add an Approval step
Connect the Approval step
Add the connectors in the sequence specified.
- The #1 connector connects the Process step to the Approve step.
- The #2 connector is added to the Approve step first, and represents the "Approved" path.
- The #3 connector is added next, and represents the "Reject" path.
Delete the original path
This is done so that the path goes through the approval step rather than to the End.
Save and Activate
Add a new Flow Tracker Record
The first step goes to John Smith
John Smith Proceeds the flow
Login as the approver (in this example, Mary Jane).
The second step goes to user responsible for the approval.
The approver Approves the step.
The flow ends
