How to Pass Variable as a Parameter to a Form
On the Process Builder Drag and drop "Define Variable" from Actions section (1):
On "New Step Action" popup provide Action name (2) and choose "Text" as a variable type (3):
Provide variable name and value:
Click 'Save' button.
Choose process step that uses a form (4). Click on process step and click "Edit" for Layout Parameters (5)
Click "Add New" (6) on parameters pop-up. Select '$Variables' as a data source (7). Select your variable as a context object item (8):
Provide parameter name. Place the cursor into "Parameter Value" input and click "Insert" to get merge field value pasted (9):
Click "Apply" button to save changes.
