How to Create a Form
Navigate to Forms tab, go to necessary folder and click New form button (1):
Form builder will be shown:
First, select a Data Source (2). Data source is object the form is associated with:
If you can't find your object in the list it means it has not been added to list of "Allowed objects" on Settings tab. Please refer following article to get more information:
Once Data Source is selected all object required fields will automatically appear in first New Form section (3):
That's all mandatory things to do. Click "Save" (4) button to store your form:
