To organize forms in a personalized way user can use Tags - words or short phrases that are associated to the form(s).

Tags (2) can be accessed via Tools menu (1):

Type in tags using comma, space or ENTER key as a separator.  

Using tags you can filter forms (3) in list. Below setup will only display forms tagged as "docs" (4).
