Adding component: Adding options to the form

Component properties

URL - destination address of the link
Label - provide URL label if needed
Open in New Window - opens url in a new browser tab
Show on Edit Page - URL will be displayed on form opened in Edit mode
Show on View Page - URL will be displayed on form opened in View mode
Hide Title - check if you don't need to display URL component title

Working with custom URLs

URL leading to side resource

To use URL for navigation to side resources paste corresponding link into URL field (1):

To use URL for navigation to record details copy record ID (2) and paste it into URL field with slash at the beginning (3):

User can use context objects values to build the URL (4, 5):

URL leading to Visual force page

First, know the Visualforce page name (6):

Enter this name in the URL input field (7):
