Create Issue Action
Available starting Work Relay 4.1 release.
Create Issue action allows to add tasks and issues.
To make this type of Action, do the following:
- Go to "Actions" tab
- Click "New Action" button
- Select Type = "Action"
- (Optionally) select Context Object
- Select Action Type = "Create Issue"
- (Optionally) specify conditions to trigger action (if omit, action will be executed always)
Then set configuration, Layout and Operations of newly added task/Issue. These are the same sets of settings as when creating Task/Issue manually from Dashboard. Both Float and non-float tasks/issues can be created in this way.
Float Task/Issue is related to some specific record
Non-float Task/Issue is specific to some particular flow instance
Click "Save" to save action.
The "Create Issue" action allows to create multiple Tasks/Issues.
Click "Apply & New" button to store new Task/Issue configuration and show form for one more. Click "Apply" to store this another Task/Issue configuration and do not add more; if you do not want to add more tasks/issues including currently being configured, click "Cancel" button:
