Work-Relay Actions provide user an ability to build the library of functional quick actions and use it in any place in the application. 

Actions can be triggered from the Work-Relay Form, Visualforce Page, Lightning Page or Component, Salesforce Process or Salesforce Einstein Bots. Read the proper article to know more about working with Actions on the process.

For cases when single Action is not enough, Work-Relay offers Action Groups that allow user to run multiple Actions triggered by a single event enabling users to avoid writing apex classes and triggers.
