Deep search lets user search over configurations of all Work-Relay Actions in organization. Available starting Work Relay 4.1 Release .

Open "Actions" or "Action Groups" tab. Enter value in search box (1). Click on arrow (2) to open submenu and select "Deep search" option (3):

Search results will include all actions that have search criteria anywhere in their configuration:
