Building blocks

Work-Relay’s building block approach allows processes to be maintained independently of one another, even when they are sub-processes.

This makes is easier for different people to take responsibility for the processes that directly affect them, without having to be concerned about any other process.

This assumes that the prerequisites for e.g. Process A to start Process B are fulfilled before Process B begins.

Chatter Feed

Every process has a unique Chatter feed that is accessible in Process Builder. This keeps the notes of collaboration in one place, and remains available throughout the life of the process. It is an easy way to track updates and decisions.
