The idea behind Smart Steps is to increase the “smarts” of the person responsible for completing the step.

• It includes knowledge to assist the user in completing the task, including instructions, checklists, wizards, analytics, expert contacts.
• The Kanban card has access everything related to a step in one place, including Chatter, files, Gantt, Process, calendar, time, files, reminders, escalations, issues, data, skills, etc.
• Users can easily update step information on-the-fly to keep the knowledge constantly up-to-date.
