Select needed component and go to right sidebar to set component visibility (1):

You can add filters to display components conditionally. Click on "Add Filters" button (2):

Conditions can be based on Record fields, Related Objects fields, Device type, User fields, Permissions.

Select Record tab if you need to use current object fields.

Select Device tab to filter on user Device

Select Advanced if you need to filter on Related Record fields, User Fields, Permissions.

In Advanced mode select filtering object (1), select field (2), click done (3) to filter on selected field:

Set Conditions (5-7) and click "Done" button (8):
