Work-Relay package includes set of lightning components that can be incorporated into Salesforce lightning pages.

Lightning pages can be accessed from Setup > User Interface > Lightning App Builder. Another way is to navigate to lightning page and click settings icon (1) to menu. Click "Edit page" option (2).

To add Work-Relay lightning component choose it in Lightning App Builder (3) (Custom - Managed list) and drag it to the page canvas:
