Searching Across Application
In the search field (1) located on header of "Processes" tab, type the whole or part of search criteria, that you're looking for. Click "Search" button (2) or select "Deep Search" option (3).
"Search" finds requested data in process names only.
"Deep search" finds requested data in whole process configuration (fields, actions, steps, connectors, etc.)
From the search results listed, click on the process that matches and process builder page will be opened.
In case of "Deep search" section "Search" of process builder will be opened with list of search results.
The search field located (4) on right side of "Records" subtab of "Process details" page is looking for requested records. Type the whole or part of search criteria, select state of record (available for version 5.0) and click on "Search" button (5).
Open left sidebar section "Search" (1).
Type the whole or part of search criteria in search field. Click on loop icon to search requested data.
From the search results listed (2), click on the one that matches to open location. Tooltip (3) helps to see fields with requested data.

Search will be performed in all folders independently on folder you are searching in.

"Deep search" finds requested data in whole form configuration (fields, actions, events, variables, etc.)
From the search results listed, click on the form that matches and form builder page will be opened.
In case of "Deep search" section "Search" of form builder will be opened with list of search results.
Open right sidebar section "Search" (1).
Type the whole or part of search criteria in search field (2). Click on loop icon (3) or free space under field to get search result.
From the search results listed, click on the one that matches to open location. Tooltip (4) helps to see fields with requested data.
Select Actions or Action Groups for searching (1).
In the search field (2) located on header of "Actions" tab, type the whole or part of search criteria, that you're looking for. Click "Search" button (3) or select "Deep Search" option (4).
Search will be performed in all folders independently on folder you are searching in.
"Search" finds requested data in Actions/Action Groups names only.
"Deep search" finds requested data in whole Actions/Action Groups configuration (fields, conditions, variables, etc.)
No search feature on Dashboards (except Global Search). You should use filters instead.
